to do

  • attend a course on entrepreneurship/ how to make a solid plan
  • make a proper business plan (including target groups, usp’s and timeline)
  • make a vision statement - cool enough to attract sponsors
  • expand the noochi concept - engage web 2.0 and 3.0 (louise said the words: nokia maps, which is now stuck in my brain)
  • work on the elevator speech
  • find a not too expensive web shop developer :-}
  • make supporter’s page
  • make noochi hearts on sticks for use for photo opportunities w supporters
  • look into e-shop software - ask for advice in this area (check amino?)
  • make a sample mockup shop - perhaps with oscommerce if i can figure it out - and newsletter
  • make welcome to noochi cd to keep noochi supporters interested and happy
  • make noochi blog look really cool - damn it’s tricky. it looks ok - but it needs thorough clearing up
  • noochi requirements once i get there:

    • cool packaging required - and add a monthly gift (for purchases over?) - the gift could be a music cd mixed by awesome o? he says he has made a “welcome to noochi”-mix already and that i should start giving away gifts to supporters at this stage. Will blog it, promise!
    • Throw a huge launch party - supported by very good friends? It is very important, louise says, to not keep it among friends, but to have one hell of a party for one hell of a guest list. Friends and supporters will get VIP-vip-access of course!

      check-out and collect ideas

    • make a noochi design series/ merchandise - for example through shirtcity
    • consider applying for funds (deadline may 2008) for a noochi project on user-driven innovation - requires collaboration with other parties
    • My beautiful and smart friend louise suggested that noochi promotes various brick-and-mortar shops - selecting gift ideas within certain price ranges. The shops would (eventually anyway) pay noochi in return for recommendations.
    • make an alternative book club - a subscription-based newsletter with original works attached as pdfs
    • Done

    • make a favicon w a heart on it - made it with an n instead
    • find out how to import pics from my phone so that this blog will not be too boring
    • noochi celebrates the power of friendship, love and talent
